Surita Volland

Surita was born in Rustenburg and grew up in Lichtenburg. She is currently living in Fourways since 1994, adjacent to the Bushbaby Corridor.

She graduated at Potchefstroom University and completed her Honours at University of Pretoria.

She followed her dream and worked at SA Express Airways for 23 years.

She has always been involved with wildlife and her first love is Bushbabies as she grew up with them jumping around the trees and living in the roof on their farm.

Surita founded Save the Fourways Bushbabies and her passion and mission is to secure a future for these vulnerable little creatures by sustaining the Bushbaby Corridor for their  continued future survival.
